CRAP ! I got errors in Memtest-86 :-(

I just ran memtest-86 for 10 passes and I got 2 errors on test 2 on the same address on the first and second pass, the rest went fine. The errors were both in the same address and were 4 bit errors. It said something like good 410, bad 414, error 4 bit. What does this mean ? should I be concerned ?
