I've been lurking here for over a month carefuly putting everything together based on the recommendations that I read in these forum. I finally ordered Asus A8N-E and AMD 3200 Venice retail from Newegg to complete my first AMD build. Now I just read that the 1GB Cosair ValueSelect that I bought a little while back(also from Newegg) is not compatible in dual channel mode for this MB? Don't know how I could have missed that. Anyway, is this a big deal that I should be worrying about or does it makes much difference whether running in dual mode or not? Here is the the rest of the components:

ATI X800XL
NEC 3520A
160 GB Seagate
Seasonic S-12

I plan to do a little overclocking but I am a newbie so will learn as I go. Thanks!

Dual channel is not a HUGE impact, but one worth having..

Call newegg, return and buy something else, they won't charge you a restocking fee if you buy something else!
