why don't you just buy them from your doctor. in my expericence they cost about the same

yeah go to the doctor... my contacts are special for eye style and i only paid 99$ for 6 months and that included the eye exam.

my doctor is in the town where i go to school...

" that's funny, i need a -6.25 too but can't get em. i just settled for the -6.0 i think"

isn't this bad for your eyes? why didn't you go up to 6.5 instead?

It's probably bad for your eyes and your brain both, but such a small dioptric difference probably won't have much of an effect on either as long as you can force yourself to avoid squinting.

Myopia (near-sightedness) is caused by an incorrect thickness or curvature of the cornea. The contact lens basically acts to alter the thickness or curvature to appropriately refract light. Thus, if you can find something within 0.25 D of your actual prescription, you should be ok.
