Crap bought the wrong vegetable

Crap crap crap....

I went to Ranch 99 the other night and they were closing and so the guy was taking all the veggies not underneath the water spray into the back of the store. He put them all in a few carts, so I ran up to find the carts. I looked at the first one and it looked like Gai Lan and so I grabbed it.

Later I stared at it more closer after checking out and it's not Gai Lan. Stems are too long and thin. Yea looked at the receipt.. i t said Yu Choi. Crap.

Anyways, I dont remember when I last ate yu choi, but how does it taste compared to gai lan? How would I cook this veggie? Same way? They look pretty damn similar.
