What kind of 'rules' do you have for yourself, or that you make buyers follow?
I was thinking, for sending to buyers, something like:
If you need to cancel, please try to do so by the day before. Often people just do not show up. If that happens, there will be no 2nd attempts.
I will also need at least your home telephone number to verify.
