Craigslist score on a Craftsman tool box full of tools

SAWYER

Lifer
I was buying a ps3 off craigslist and when I went to the guy's house he said he was trying to sell everything since he was about to go to Afghanistan for a year. I noticed the toolbox in his garage and asked how much, he said 50 for just the tb or 75 for everything. I didn't even look in it and bought it and there are a lot of generics in there but there are several Craftsman, Snap On and a few other brands I have heard of but not sure how good they are.

I wouldn't have minded that myself! I saw that Best Buy used a tool chest similar to that for computer parts, and I rather liked the idea. Although, I didn't much care for how much they cost. 😛 I settled with the much cheaper plastic drawer organizers.

I didnt hold he camera upside down, they looked upside down on imageshack and I tried flipping them on the site

The guy also has a Craftsman 6.5 hp 16 gallon power vac with blower attachment. I offered 20 and he is supposed to let me know when he asks his wife tonight

Holy shit! You've found the ultimate solution to lack of garage space. You can open drawers above your head and see what's in them without a ladder!

Good score!
but, might want to anchor those to the floor before they float away.
Are the sizes inverted too? So that a 1/2" Socket is now a 2/1" socket? That'd be confusing.

Nice, helium filled tools. When done, just drop them and they float up to the toolbox.

Smart man!
