Craigslist Question

I've got a hard to find item that I'm trying to get and I was hoping craigslist would turn up some results. Is there any way to do an entire USA search rather than a city by city search?

pretty sure it's just city by city. they REALLY discourage sellers from selling to anyone not local (in fact you have to click through a page who's sole purpose is to warn people against selling to non-locals before you can post an ad). the reason is to prevent scammers, since the CL community in general isn't going to know what heatware is.
