I'm having trouble with the same thing. I have two AF buddies and their Jeeps get crated and delivered wherever the hell they want for like $20 if it's not specifically to where they are being deployed. Scam not found?

If I was going to consider buying that, I would demand personal contact info. Military rank and serial number, home address, and a reference, and check them all out first. Then find a third party to check out the car in wisconsin. Not worth the effort.
