I have a cradlepoint MBR1000, which is used for a Sprint Wireless broadband aircard. I have it set in a window but very far from the receive point. It has to be in that window becuase its the best place for the aircard to get a signal. SO, Is there like a great wireless N receiver that I can stick in the back of my computer? There is a direct line of site thru 2 windows, but its about 400 feet away. on my lappy I get a "good" connection thru wireless N. But I need a card or USB "N" card for my tower.

Any Suggestions?

You would be better off buying a something like the Buffalo WHR-HP-G54 router and flashing it with either dd-wrt or Tomato firmware. Then you can configure it as a client and just plug your machine into it via ethernet cable.

Is there a reason why Wireless N is so bad? I did end up with a Linksys USB N receiver and it works pretty good. But, I do see your point about how they all kinda suck, I went thru 4 different brands and types before ending with that one.
