Crackling Sound

I just get these little cracks, here and there in my sound, i've got the latest drivers, everything's configured properly, and the creative diagnostics pass the card. I have an Audigy 2 ZS. Any ideas?

If you have a VIA chipset, try the Latency Patch found on this site: http://www.georgebreese.com/net/software/

I just found it on another thread here, and it solved all my problems.
