Cracking Windows Passwords?

Does anyone know of some kind of software that can be used to crack up to 30+ character passwords that include numbers and symbols? Or maybe a wordlist or something for Ophcrack. The crack has to be able to work from a non windows environment aka Linux live. I could also get the SAM file using Linux live if theres a program that can crack huge passwords. Anyone know of any extremely powerful password cracks that could break this in less than a week?
