This is in reference to this thread in case any of you are wondering.

My neighbors (his parents) finally had to resort to suing the f*cker in civil court to get him out. Amazingly, he actually showed up (this was last week) and the judge signed an order effective 9/23 (today). I wake up this am and see a POS pickup in their driveway and he's loading all his crap in the back. 😀

I'm semi-hoping he'll be a dick and stick around past midnight tonight so we can call the cops on his sorry ass. That should be amusing. :evil:

Like I said, if he does, he's tresspassing and I'll call the cops ASAP. The guy was basically taking total advantage of his folks because they're too old to do anything about it. Fsck him. :|

Sometimes the Son really deserves it. In this case I believe the parents were being very reasonable and their son was the crual one.

Exactly. He's been abusive to them and is taking advantage of them.

BTW- looks like he cleared out. His pile of shi.....er....belongings is gone.
