Cracked my XP Home Upgrade CD

My CD got cracked, will MS replace it or am I SOL

If they will, is there a phone number or something I could call?

You should be able to order a replacement from MS, or just copy one from a friend with the same version. What matters if the COA sticker that came with it, that is (in essence) your proof of license, not the CD itself.
