was just sitting at my desk doin my work fucking with my teeth then all of a sudden i felt something hard rub against my teeth and the upper back half of my front lower incisor cracked off. So now I have a tooth that's like missing part of it's back side I guess is how I can explain it? Doesn't hurt at all, just stumped as to wtf I did... maybe my tongue is to powerful? oh well at least my dentist gets to see me again.

They make better teeth now a days than I was born with, I wonder if I can get mine replaced with titanium crushing chompers?

I have a tooth that is very slightly chipped and I don't know why. I just noticed in the mirror one day. Who knows how long it had been chipped before I noticed.

This is like... split down, literally the tooth is like in half. Not the way you think, but the backside facing the inside of my mouth broke off from the side facing outside of my mouth. It seems like it split and broke off right above the nerve, hence the reason i have no pain. feels completely fucking awkward though.

Being Friday, you might have trouble getting it repaired before Monday. WalMart has a good selection of tooth pain removers and tooth repair kits. You might also leave a message for your dentist for first thing Monday morning.

Perhaps you have cavities as a serious case.
Maybe grinding your teeth at night when you sleep so it got weak.
Or your tooth enamel is weakening. There's a word for this condition but I'm not a dental buff to remember it.

no cavities. tbh I'm guessing it was just brittle from always biting my finger nails(not what i was doing when the tooth broke btw) i actually don't have any cavities and the dentist i go to is always telling me i keep good care of my teeth.

Occasionally, a thick layer of hard tartar can build up. Maybe that's what cracked off?
