my blackberry bold is always within arm's reach when i am at work.

i find myself touching it every minute when i'm not working. literally, every minute. just to make the screen come on to check for notifications.

i am hopelessly addicted to my blackberry. comments? support? more apps I can add? and yes this is the correct forum.

what's your background image? this is mine:

Rogers is already trying to get me to upgrade. i love my Bold 9000 though... i noticed the new Bold has a different trackpad instead of teh trackball... hmm :hmm:

The trackpad is money once you get used to it I've heard (still using the trackball on my 8330).

Although I've hated every new version, I really like the free AP news wire app for my BB. I read that soooo often at work all day :p

I also browse the CBS news and newsweek apps as well.

There are a bunch of nice, free apps at the BB App store.

I just moved from a 9000 to the 9700. The trackpad is a bit touchy at first but once you get used to it it's nice. Main benefit is that it doesn't get gunked up with BBQ sauce.

that's a huge benefit. sometimes mine just stops rollin completely and i have to jam it down and get it rollin again. i have done the hand sanitizer trick as well, with decent results. but i am all for a trackpad because it seems to me that this trackball thing was pretty much invented to get dirt stuck in it.

Yep, as a guy who does blackberry support as part of my job.... trackpad >>> trackball anyday...the amount of clueless users i try and help with lame trackball issues is astounding. BB as a whole though is pretty win, especially for enterprise environments.

Wait for the 'pre' style vert slider touchscreen with OS6...ooooh, BB sex.
