crab and lobster

I wonder who the person was who discovered that you can eat lobster tail and claws and crab legs, but not any other part of its body.

You can eat the inside parts of crabs. They have meat near the gills. You can also eat the claws, if you're willing to work hard to get the meat.

As for lobsters, you can eat the claws as well as the tail. The tail makes up a large part of the lobster, the rest is lobster goo, like its digestive system and such.

Actually the body of a lobster has a ton of meat in it, it isnt all "goo". 🙂
And on that note, I think I am going to go and get myself 4-5 lobsters for dinner! Man I love living in Maine! Seafood rules!
