When I got my 2000 Insight, I replace the stock seats with RX8 seats since those were better than stock. I got the RX8 seats because they were cheap and available. (two tone seat is stock, and dark seat with triangle hole is RX8 seat)
For a while, they were good. But then age got to them and the driver seat started to sag.
Almost 2 years past, I found a set of nice condition CR-Z seats in my local pick and pull junkyard.
I washed them up and they came out great. I drilled 4 holes and added some fasteners, then the seats were mounted.
They are heavily padded and have great support for lower back compare to the RX8 seats I had before. They also a little higher which means getting in and out of the car a bit easier.
