Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard, open up MSPaint or Photoshop, and press CTRL-V to paste. Save it as a JPEG, and voila :)

Use Alt + PrintScreen to only capture the active window instead of the entire screen. Save as gif or png; jpeg creates compression artifacts around text.

That's some good information to know.... I've always wondered why jpgs are screwy.
Save as PNG, or GIF for less vibrant/bright colored images (GIF usually dulls the color out, based on my experience).

True. PNG's are the highest quality. But I think only Photoshop or something of that level can save as PNG's.
