I ordered two Global Win Fop38's from them last Sunday using COD, and they still haven't sent me a confirmation email with a tracking number nor has their website been updated to say that my order has been shipped. I was able to get through to the owner a few days ago but he half-assed answered my questions and said that it "should have been shipped." I asked for a tracking number, he did not provide one. I asked why the web page was not updated, and he did not give me a reason. To this day I still haven't gotten a confirmation nor has the web site been updated with tracking info and he hasn't answered my emails in the past few days. Therefore I have yet to go to the post office and pick up a money order for the $5x.xx that I need for COD.
Grrr.... anyone have any advice or have dealt with this operation previously?
 
I have ordered 4 times now with CPUFORLESS. I agree that they don't have a good email support or web updates, but I've been getting my order each time I ordered from them.

The last order was chrome orb which arrives just 3 days after I ordered them

I ordered a pep-66 and it showed up the next day.. I had heard good things about them.....Hmmmmm now I wonder???????
 
Maybe I'll play it safe and get the money order tomorrow then. You never know if it will come late (4th day on 2-3 day shipping)
 
I ordered an Alpha PAL6035 from these guys. They had a good price, and I used a free shipping coupon they had posted on overclockers.com a while back. It seems to me like they drug their feet also. I live 3 hours away from them and it took 4 days to get my heatsink. It is usually 1 day out of LA or SF to where I live if I order UPS, US Mail or whatever. But, it did come and the price was right.

Sometimes trying to save a buck or two is not worth the aggravation. 2Cooltek accepts paypal which works about as well as going COD.
 
At least yours came! It should have come on Thursday, or latest Friday. I still haven't received any email with tracking #'s or whatever. GRRRR
 
I ordered an OEM Coppermine that overclocks nicely from them back in June, with prompt e-mail responses. Ugh, I guess they're inconsistent - good to know for future purchases.
 
Still haven't received my order. It has been 10 days. What a bunch of crap. They never answered my emails. I was going to recommend them to friends but now I won't even buy from them anymore.
 
Since you ordered COD, they have not received your money yet. You still have the opperatunity to order the product somewhere else and then refuse shipment on this order when/if it does arrive.
