Can someone post a link for me with a good breakdown of the numbering schemes for intel processors?

I haven't looked at these things in a few years and im trying to figure out whether to rebuild my 939 socket with a new motherboard (the last got hit by lightning) while i wait for nehalem or if i should jump into something now.

I'm sure I'm missing some of the 45 and 65nm but this is as much as I can remember. :)

The newer board that intel make should support nehalem I'm guess with a simple bios update but don't take my word for it. I'm out of the loop on all the newer P45/X48 boards.

no neha has an entirely new socket.

there is no way you can fit a LGA775 CPU inside a NEHA socket. And vice versa.

SO NEHA MEANS ENTIRELY NEW HARDWARE.

Well DDR3 you can recycle.

EDIT: DOH BR beat me to the punch.
