CPUs chuggin, no progress in F@H

I am trying to set up GPU+Quad Core Folding on my machine, but I am a little confused.

My system is a Core i5 with a HD5850.

I got GPUv2 chuggin away no problem, but I can't seem to make any progress with SMP.
It loads up the WU and spikes all my cores to 100%, but after leaving it churn like that all night, I still have 0% in the prompt and being returned by FAHmon. I am simply using a default installation of SMP with -smp in the shortcut. Priority of GPUv2 is Low, and SMP is idle to keep the GPU fed.

Any reason why I would not make any progress over the course of about 10-12 hours?

I'm wondering if you have two SMPs running?
Quit the client and check Task Manager for CPU usage.
If CPU usage shows no client running then try restarting. Maybe it was a hung WU?

If musta been a stuck WU. Wiped the install, deleted the folders, restarted, reinstalled and its pluggin away now.
