I got my 633 stable at 950. I use Abit SlotketIII and Soyo v6bae+ Motherboard with 128M PC133 RAM.

My CPUmark score is only 48. That is way too low. Would you please share your score?

Where do i find the cpumark?

My celeron 633 @ 950 pushes a geforce DDR on a no-name $50 bx motherboard
to 3dmark 2000 score: 5020

My duron 950 with pc-125 pushes the same Geforce DDR 3dmark 2000 score: 5105

Hmmph.
