CpuIdle 5.9 Beta?

If cpuidle a good program? I can't get it work run 100% stable, seems to not like motherboard monitor.... However when it does work properly it drops my cpu temp to 33, 34C idle. Without it, i do like 44,45C idle and 48-50 Max Load. Any idea why it would be locking up? But most of all are my temps good without the program? Thanks
