CPUFSB program questions

The program is called cpufsb and it's supposed to help you attain higher FSB's. I just changed the PLL's in the program but i don't know what to do next...I don't understand what all the different trays are for. I would ask suicidal but he's gone...Anyone else fiddled w/ this prog? Can you explain what i need to do next?
