CPU-Z, Should I believe the SPD memory info it give for my 2 memory sticks I'm running?

A few months back I had 1 of my 2 sticks of identical Corsair CMX512-3200LL memory go bad on me and I had it replaced with the exact same type just a different version number. I just ran CPU-Z and checked the memory info out in the slots. Slot #1 says Module size 512, Max bandwidth PC2700 (166 Mhz), Manufacturer Corsair, Part number CMX512-3200, Spd timings table, freq 166 Mhz, CAS Latency 2.0, RAS to CAS 3, RAS precharge 3, TRAS 7. For Slot #3 it says, Module size 512, Max bandwidth PC3200 (200 Mhz), Manufacturer Corsair, Part number CMX512-3200LL, Spd timings table, freq 200 Mhz, CAS Latency 2.0, RAS to CAS 3, RAS precharge 2, TRAS 6.

System Details are:
P4 3.4C @ 3.8Ghz (224 FSB)
Mainboard Abit ic7-Max3
Memory info:
Running in dual channel mode
Freq 179.5Mhz
FSB😀RAM 5:4
2.5, 3, 3, 7 timings.

Should I rely on this info given to me by CPU-Z?
Does this give me a good excuse to grab some Geil PC-4000 Dual Channel memory I've got my eye on???

My system is stable and runs sweet, but I do get errors with my memory when running memtest86.

I've ordered 1Gb of Geil PC4000 Dual Channel memory. What I'd like to know is, can I now run my memory ratio @ 1:1 224FSB rather than 5:4 which is what it's running at now?

should be able to

though even if you have different sticks with different speeds i'm pretty sure you can only run 1 memory bus so it should run at the slower one. i uess those speeds are the memory's rated speed, and they are actually at 167
