Hi

Yesterday i reverted my bios to default. after that i picked the simple OC i had before 4.5(tried all 45on turbo on, 45 without turbo) all on auto i swaped the ram to 1600 since the MB somehow wants it to 1333 and swaped to advanced mode the bios load. rest is left default. now the wierd is that CPUZ reports that the multiplier stays on 45 but the Bus speed drops from 100 to 27 so the core speed from 4500 to 1028. Hwinfo report a steedy 4500 with 100. as i said above i tried all the varies of the bios OC i did put the base multiplier to 45 so no turbo i swaped to turbo 45 even all the default settings except the ram to 1600 reports the drop of the Bus speed 27.

Now the question wich of them is wrong ? or is it simple that Hwinfo doesnt have a realtime report so it does not show the 27Mhz bus speed at all ? is it maybe a CPU-z issue?

Best way to tell is to run a CPU benchmark. If results are normal, then you will know CPU-z is off. If results are below what they should be, then you know you messed up something in the BIOS.

It was the cpuz. A update to 1.19 has fixed it. Now it drops to 99.98 instead of 27
