CPU-Z Reporting incorrect memory timings?

I have a Core i5 currently overclock to 3.8GHz (180x20). When I first boot up, CPU-Z correctly reports my memory timings as 7-8-7-24. However, seemingly at random, it will eventually report 6-8-7-24. This seems sort of odd to me, any idea whats going on? The memory is running @ 1440 Mhz (rated for 1600)
