CPU-Z reporting incorrect clock speed after standby

After coming out of standby, CPU-Z reprots my Athlon 64 3800+ as running at a 12 multiplier at stock FSB of 200, even though the true numbers are 11 x 248 = 2.73 GHZ.

Why is this happening? Control panel --> sys info reports I am still running at 2.73ghz.

EDIT: I ran benchmarks, and it appears this is not CPUZ's fault. My system is returning to stock clock speed after system standby. A restart of the computer solves this problem.

What can I do to fix????

Um, you do realize that your processor has a 12x multiplier, don't you? Are you saying that you're lowering it to 11 in the BIOS? It doesn't really make much difference, though, you can't use standby if you're overclocking.

Yes i know stock multi is 12, i lowered to 11 x 247 in BIOS.

Hibernate seems to be working. S3 standby does not.
