CPU-Z in Vista

When I go to the bios my cpu has a 10x multiplier and 200mhz fsb, when I check cpu-z, however, I get 200mhz x 6.

How do I get them to work accurately on my os?

I think this problem is due to a power setting in the bios because when I start prime95 it goes back to normal, but I don't know which setting to change.
