CPU-Z and my HD 4670

Since I didn't know where else to put this question (let me know if there is a better forum for this questioi) I thought I would put it here since it kinda relates to my video card. I just got finished downloading and installing CPU-Z. Under the tab for "Graphics" it labels my Radeon HD 4670 under Clocks, Core at 1199Mhz. According to the manufacturer the core clock of this card is only 750Mhz (and the memory clock is 1000mhz), see: http://www1.sapphiretech.com/us/products/products_overview.php?gpid=253&grp=3

What do you think might be going on? Is my memory running at 1199Mhz? When I used CPU-Z on the other PC also running an 4670 that tab said the Core was running at 999mhz.
