CPU-Z acting Funny Crazy Volts Reading!

My Cpu is using stock voltage for my 840EE I have had this thing OCed for almost a year(I have not messed with bios in year) and now cpu volts on CPU-z is reporting over 2.5!Now i think my cpu would be fried at that amount of volts so it has the be false. Any ideas what could be causing this.

I wouldn't put any faith into the CPU voltage reported by CPU-z. Central Brain Identifier (another program similar to CPU-z), reports my Vcore voltage at 2.5-3.0v.
