CPU with IRIS Graphics

I noticed that the Broadwell CPU's with IRIS graphics on the low end of the price range are just not available anywhere unless they are way overpriced.

I looked for a couple of CPU's
i5 5575r $244
i5 5675c $276

These are supposed to have the desktop IRIS 6200 graphics.

I have noticed several CPU's that Intel is suppose to have on the market are simply not for sale anywhere.

My question is this: Is Intel just not selling these lower priced CPU's because they want you to have to purchase even higher priced CPU'S?

Europe got most of the initial supply. It's trickling in to the US though.. New Egg had some but sold out. More coming I'm sure.

I assume you look in the US. Its a bottom market.
