I have a Pee3 800MHz (133*6) flip chip and I have the ABIT KT7-RAID with the crappiest Video card in the known world (TNT2 MX 32MB) I set everything up correctly and when I post the machine and boot into 2000 it reboots at the win2k splash screen. When I change the CPU to a 66MHz bus (400MHz) it runs fine. Now I tried new memory and a new CPU (700MHz = 7*100) and same prob at 700 reboot and at 450 it works fine. Anyone have a clue?

ya...that could be the problem...i've noticed reset problems were a good sign that the psu is not doing it's job properly.
