cpu vs. fsb?

at 145 you have to be careful and make sure your AGP and PCI devices are running properly, as i believe you would be overclocking your AGP and PCI bus speeds as well. adverse effects may include data corruption on your hdd.
 
Running at 800mhz with a fsb of 145 instead of 133 would be a bit faster since your memory would run faster and pci and agp speeds would be higher too. But ya there is a possibility that other components fail at those higher overclocked speeds...and that your system may become instable. But with a FSB of 145 that shouldnt be a problem i think...150 or above would be a more dangerous area. Especially your memory has to be pretty good to still work flawlessly at that speed but lately more and more motherboards are produced with which u can run your RAM at a lower speed than the FSB.....so....
