how much life is getting sucked out of an i5-760 oc at 4ghz running at 1.375 vcore vs 1.200 vcore?

Short answer: There's no way of knowing.

Medium answer: More than at 1.2v, but probably not 14.5%, it could be less, could be more.

There's no worthwhile long answer... I suspect as long as it's not running very hot, probably not enough to worry about. CPU's pretty much die when they die, could be tomorrow, could be 20 years from now.
