cpu voltage which one is true?

OK, in my DFI NF4, I increased my 3800+ venice voltage from to 1.45v in bios, but the sandra and cpu-z only showed 1.408v in the cpu voltage, so is cpuz and sandra inaccurate?
 
Bios is always right,cpu-z shown your cpu at idle.

try running prim95 & then look at cpu-z,i'll bet you that under full load it will be closer to the bios reading. 😉
