CPU Voltage Settings

I'm overclocking for the first time with my i5-4690K. I found the table on this site for stable settings. I had 2 questions.....

1. Is there any harm in leaving the voltage settings on auto?

2. I noticed there are a few settings regarding cpu voltages (CPU Core, CPU Ring, CPU VCC) If I need to set it to manual, do I only set the CPU core voltage and leave the rest on auto?

1. Auto just means default, if I leave voltage stock I usually find my stock voltage with a program like CPU-z first and manually set it to that. This is generally the safest way to overclock, as any additional frequency you recieve is completely free and theoretically will not cause any additional harm to the CPU.

This link should be helpful. It looks like for a general OC, you would just need to adjust the Vcore.
