CPU voltage fluctuation (1.46-1.53)?

My rig is in the sig. I'm running a antec true 380 power supply. I was wondering why my cpu voltage jumped around so much. When i'm playing games, the fps dips down when the voltage hits 1.46 or sometimes even lower. In the bios, the default cpu voltage is set at 1.550. Should I consider bumping this number up? Or, is it an issue with my power supply. this is really weird because the other rails on the hardware monitor are pretty steady under load. 3.3 => 3.28-3.30, 12 => 11.84-11.92, 5 => 4.98-5.02

maybe my cpu is not functioning properly? temps: 28 system, 29 pwm (right now), 38 cpu idle, 54 cpu ful load. I think the temps are fine. What exactly, then, is my problem?

some flucuations are normal, stability is brought out by high quality regulators on the motherboard (that are also kept cool), and by a good powersupply.
