CPU Upgrading Help Needed! :~(

Hi.. Heres my question I have an old Aptiva 2153-E2U it has a k6-2 333 in it. I want to upgrade the cpu with the fastest chip my motherboard can handle (Ali M1542-M1543) Can anyone please help me btw IBM was no help since they dont believe in upgrading CPU. Or if possible direct me to a site that could cause I figure i'll need to also know which switches on the motherboard got to be reset. Any and all help welcomed. Thanks.

 
Ali is the chipset, not the motherboard. If you want to see what the motherboard will support you need to find the manufacturers website.
