CPU upgrade for Toshiba A45-S121

Okay, quick question. Any chance or any advice where I can upgrade CPU 2.8 Celeron CPU to a mobile Pentium? I have serious heat issues plus batter life.
This is on the Toshiba A45-S121 ---Chipset type Intel 852GME I have 756 RAM.
I'm thinking I'm SOL. I know I'm dumb. But it doesn't hurt to ask. Please don't flame.
