CPU Upgrade for my Dell Dimension 4400?

I want to upgrade my cpu (currently a P4 1.7) in my Dell Dimension 4400.
According to http://www.roberthancock.com/dell/, the motherboard in the 4400 is a Socket 478 - Willamette, Northwood, 400 MHz bus. Is this infact the motherboard that is in all 4400's? And what processors would it support. Thanks!
