CPU upgrade for my A7V-E (KT133 - 200 FSB)?

What should I get or should I upgrade my MB and my CPU? I love this MB even though it's old... very very stable with my duron 700 @ 900. I'm thinking of going AMP XP but those are 266 FSB chips and might not work or will work but only at 200 FSB (underclocking)... could go with the old amd 1.2 ghz (200 fsb) but those are just as expensive as the 266 ones and that seems kinda stupid (slower chip cost more?).
