Ordered a low powered notebook to replace a netbook and realized that celeron 754 doesn't support intel speedstep. I remember back in the p4 days I used to use a util to underclock at will to prolong battery life - does anything like that exist for windows 7? I don't mind having to do control things manually as long as its a slider vs bios hacks
