CPU Tester?

I have several computers that will not POST. I want to know if there is such a device where i can plug in the cpus and get it checked out. I'd know they make them for the motherboard, but do they make them for the cpu? By the way, the cpus are all socket 462 AMD. Thanks.

their is a cpu die tester, i remember reading it when they were doing a test of heatsinks

I'm sure buying a $40.00 mobo will be cheaper than whatever this device costs.
