CPU Temps...

I'm a big n00b here so please don't flame me too bad...


My question is, when i check my cpu temp in BIOS and when i check it with the program that runs in windows it usually give two different readings, usually about 5-10 degrees celcius difference. Which of these should i trust? Is one more reliable than the other? FYI my mobo is an asus a7n8x deluxe and the utility that i use in windows is the one that came with the mobo.
