CPU Temps OK on my Folding Machines?

I have two machines I've begun running UD and/or F@H on. When using speedfan I've noticed a pretty good jump in temp when the chips are at 100%.

Here are my temps:

P4 2.0: 32C idle, 45C at 100%
AMD 1600+: 51C idle, 60 at 100% (hot to begin with it seems)

Both systems are perfectly stable at these temps. Is this going to harm my CPUs over the long run?

The AMD may be a little hot for some peeps tastes, but is well within spec. Nothing to be concerned with.

45C is perfectly fine and not worth mentioning. 60C is higher than most, but if it's stable don't worry about it, and it's not like that's a brand new chip anyway ;) Anyhow, curing cancer is more important than a cool chip!

Thanks everyone.

I just installed a new heatsink and fan on my AMD that I ordered this weekend. The old one was way too loud and didn't cool well enough to put up with the noise. I got the TR2-M1 by Thermaltake and I love it. Temps dropped about 6 degrees right off the bat and its about as silent as a AMD HSF gets. Excellent use of $12!
