CPU temperature

my cpu temp is 125F its a lot?when i dont play games its going down to ~115F.im using intel p4 515j lga775.how make it cooler becouse the heat sink and fan new.

Thats not that high. Pretty normal for your setup.

hm i just played flatout game and game stops and nothing i can do.So why its that?look here
