To calrify that - once you've got MBM5 downloaded and installed, go to its Settings section.
Click on High/Low
Click on the Settings button in there.
Select which file format(s) you want MBM5 to use
Select Write High/Low Log to file
Adjust the interval to your liking; I prefer 5seconds.
Adjust to other settings there to your liking.
Click Apply.
This will begin writing the data to a log file. To disable the log writing, go back to settings, and uncheck the Write High/Low Log to File, and click Apply.
