CPU temperature measurement on K7T Pro2

I just wanted to let you know that one of the authors of this article @ Tom's Hardware told me the K7T Pro2 measures CPU temperatures with the help of a little SMD resistor within the socket (which is even more inaccurate than "normal" thermistors).

That explains the serious under-reads.. I've looked at the board before, and no way any of those SMD resistors gets anywhere near the CPU back PCB.

SO in essence, it measures backside AIR. Thanks for posting this.
