cpu temp

I have a gigabyte ga-7vrxp motherboard with an athlon xp 1800+ palomino cpu. I have a alpha pal8045 heatsink and a 80mm fan. gigabyte's easytune 4 software is reading the cpu temp at 44c idle and my system temp at 41c. Is that a normal temp? I would think it would be lower because i have 1 120mm casefan, 4 80mm case fans plus a dual fan enermax powersource. however, most of the fans are low speed fans. 3 of the 80mm case fans are panaflow and the 120mm is a vantec stealth even tho its loud
